Okay seriously (even though we know you sung along), we know you guys have a few questions, so here are a few answers...

 

Question: “Who/what is a LEEDONA?”

Answer: LEEDONA is Ali(LEE)yah & Bria (DONA)delle. We are best friends and thought “how cute would it be if we joined our names like ‘Brangelina’?” and boom LEEDONA was born.

 

Question: “Why are your faces on everything?”

Answer: The reason our faces are on everything is because LEEDONA is all about branding yourself & making money off of quality content you post daily on social media for free. 

 

Question: “Are you only selling t-shirts & calendars?”

Answer: No. We have a ton of stuff in store for you guys so be sure to stay tuned via e-mail & social media to know when & what we’re launching.

 

Question: “How long is shipping?”

Answer: Once an order is placed, processing takes 3-4 business days. Shipping takes up to 5-7 business days depending on your preferred shipping method.

 

Question: “I have an issue with my order.”

Answer: For any inquiries regarding orders, please e-mail LEEDONA Customer Service directly at HOLLA@LEEDONA.COM. We will respond at our earlier convenience. 

 

Question: “I don’t see my size.”

Answer: LEEDONA.COM only carries men sizes small through extra large. However, if you are an unlisted size (i.e. extra small or 2XL), please e-mail HOLLA@LEEDONA.COM to place a custom order. Please note that custom sizes will have longer processing times & are also limited quantities.

 

Question: “I want to place an order but the item is sold out.”

Answer: Each LEEDONA LAUNCH is extremely limited. Therefore, once an item is sold out, it is unlikely that it’ll be restocked. In the event that an item is in high demand, we may offer a small relaunch  of the specific item and/or full collection.

 

Question: “I would like a refund.”

Answer: All sales are final. We inspect all products before shipping to assure the best quality to our customers. Please e-mail us with any further concerns.
